Getting Started One-on-One 90-minute Session:This session walks you through the basics of using LeaderGuide Pro. We will focus on your unique needs and answer your specific questions. You will learn how to use LeaderGuide Pro to accomplish what you need to do. Covers the following:
  • Opening New & Existing Documents
  • Saving & Sharing Documents
  • Adding Modules & Lessons
  • Adding Content to Lesson Pages
  • Moving or Removing Modules & Lessons
  • Archiving Content for Reuse
  • Importing Slides & Notes from PowerPoint
User Fundamentals One-on-One 90-minute Session: This session builds on your current understanding of using LeaderGuide Pro and develops your ability to leverage the power of this amazing tool. You will learn how to use LGPro to eliminate many of the common, labor intensive tasks you are still doing and you will discover how to get the most out of LGPro's formatting, importing and exporting functionality to make your work go faster and actually be fun!
 
Targeted Topic One-on-One 90-minute Session: This session focuses on a specific aspect of LGPro functionality that you need to understand better. You choose the topic and we provide guidance on how to use the LGPro functionality we are focusing on in relation to what you need to accomplish. Possible topics:
  • How to Start: Mapping your source material to LGPro
  • How to Add Content from Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other source documents

Librarian: Using the Excel Registry Functions One-on-One 90-minute Session: This session addresses record management, including how to:

These sessions are conducted using GoToMeeting.com
Prior to our session, please make sure that you can access GoToMeeting.com and actually join a meeting.
For the audio portion of our session, we will set up the option for you to use VoIP – Voice over the Internet. To use VoIP you must have:
  • a high speed internet connection (with only GoToMeeting.com open on the Internet on your computer during the meeting)
  • a USB headset with a microphone built in (for the best sound quality) – Or a headset and separate microphone connected to your PC by a USB jack
Note: Using a laptop with a built in microphone and sound card is NOT recommended.
