Great Circle Learning has been in business since 1992. We are an education and training company specializing in the design and development of critical thinking-based training tools and professional development programs that build the ability to apply critical thinking to business challenges and integrate critical thinking into leadership practices, decision making, performance management, mentoring, and teamwork.

We originally developed LeaderGuide Pro for our internal use, to ensure consistency, improve productivity and create professional training materials using Microsoft Word. We wanted to eliminate the extra step of moving our materials into a publishing software, and we wanted to free our developers to concentrate on content. This led us to developing the template that is now known as LeaderGuide Pro, which works within Word and provides pre-set page layouts and formatting. That was in 1995. Today, thanks to input from our incredible customers and our continuing evolution of the product based on our own needs (because we use it too!), LeaderGuide Pro is more powerful and easier to use than ever before.
